IPC acquired a 60-room extended stay hotel in Spokane, Washington in May 2016 and has successfully transitioned the property to the IP Inland Suites family. This property features fully furnished apartment style lodging designed with the “Corporate Traveler” in mind. Stratford Suites, is a boutique extended stay lodging campus with “over the top” amenities and “over the top service”.
