Location: Kansas City, MO

This property apart of our current investment portfolio is the Holiday Inn & Suites in Bolingbrook, IL. IPC acquired this 145-room full-service hotel (also the only full-service hotel in the area) in 2015. We then completed a $2.5 million dollar renovation in 2017. The hotel contains a full-service restaurant/bar that offers room service & catering for events onsite. The hotel amenities include a sauna, indoor pool and hot tub, gift shop and features 4,000 sq ft. of event space.
